Founded by James Grau, who brings over a decade of experience in hospitality, real estate, and property management, White Palm combines a service-first mindset with the operational expertise needed to successfully manage vacation rental properties.
Our approach focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while providing homeowners with professional oversight, responsive communication, and reliable property care. In addition to Vacation rental management, we also offer Estate Oversight services for second homes and seasonal residences along the Charleston coast.
