James Grau is the founder of White Palm Property Management and brings over a decade of hospitality management experience, along with multiple years in residential real estate, property management, sales, and HOA community management. His career began in hotel operations, where he developed a strong foundation in customer service, attention to detail, and operational efficiency—skills that translate directly into the world of residential property management.

After transitioning into real estate, James earned his license and quickly built a reputation for professionalism, responsiveness, and clear communication. He has managed long-term rentals, assisted homeowner associations, and worked directly with property owners, tenants, and vendors to create a seamless and positive rental experience.

James founded White Palm with a mission: to combine the service-driven mindset of hospitality with the structure and accountability of real estate management. His hands-on approach ensures that both owners and tenants feel heard, respected, and well taken care of.
